Meet the coffee farmer:
Coffee producer: Ricardo Koyner
Coffee: Panama Las Brujas Geisha Ultra Limited Edition
Plantation: Las Brujas Geisha
Location: Panama, Boquete, El Santo

The coffee farmer:
Ricardo Koyner is the third generation to run the Kotowa plantation. Around 1900, no one lived in the mountainous area of Boquete until his grandfather, a Canadian who married a Panamanian, settled there. Thus he laid the foundation for a company known for producing exceptional coffees. Ricardo maintains an integral idea of quality: the overall quality of the plantation rests on three pillars - the coffee itself, respect for the environment and care for the people.

Our Limited Edition:
The Las Brujas Geisha is an ultra-limited edition from Boquete, Panama, sourced from the El Salto location at an altitude of no less than 1800 meters. Because of this exceptional altitude, the Geisha plant develops a refined and layered flavor profile, combining complexity and clarity. This coffee comes from a place where people used to tell stories about hidden animals and herbs that could hide the water underground. Sometimes you could see the water flowing at the surface, sometimes not ... it all depended on how full the underground water surfaces were. The area had something mysterious and fascinating, making the name "Las Brujas" (The Witches) a perfect fit.

The result is a floral, refined coffee with notes of tropical fruit and a subtle hint of bergamot; a complex, sparkling taste that lets you taste the special origin, altitude and craftsmanship behind each cup. Each batch is limited, making each cup a rare experience.
