V60 brewing is all about freedom. Unlike traditional V60 drippers where coffee is extracted by constant pouring of hot water, this dripper is made specifically for immersion extraction. The metal ball at the bottom of the dropper blocks the flow of water, allowing the poured water to remain in the dropper for 2 minutes. Coffee then flows into the coffee cup at the push of a button, allowing for easy, even coffee extraction.
