Exchanging or returning an order

Report a complaint about the taste or quality of coffee
Coffee is a natural product that we roast with great care using traditional methods. However, it is inevitable that taste differences may occur from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with the taste of our coffee, please fill in the complaint form as completely as possible. We will then contact you personally and come up with an appropriate solution.


Conditions for exchanging non coffee
It is possible to exchange an item only if:

  • You have received a defective or damaged item;
  • You have received an incorrect item;
  • the article is not complete.

Return Conditions
To return an item, it must meet the following conditions:

  • You can return an item within 14 days. The period starts on the day after receipt of your order;
  • The item will only be accepted for return if it is returned in its original condition, complete and in its original packaging. We therefore advise you to always return all delivered accessories;
  • The packing slip or (copy) invoice must be included in the packaging.

The shipping costs in case of return are for your account.
