Bring the spice mix to a slow boil, 100 degrees.

Want a "quick" Chai Latté? Then put the Chai Masala with your desired tea in a handy tea bag that you can fill yourself. Add water at 100 degrees.

Draw time:
Slow Chai Latté? Let the mixture boil and infuse for an hour on very low heat. You can reheat the tea but don't let it boil. This Chai can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days. A quick Chai Latté in the bag? 4 minutes.
