The Mignon Classico Black 50 mm bean grinder is the basic model from the popular Mignon series. However, the grinder is not inferior to professional bean grinders and is great for grinding coffee beans at home from a fine espresso grind to a coarser filter grind. The grinder has 50 mm flat grinding discs and the grinding degree is infinitely adjustable. Unique to Eureka bean grinders is that when adjusting the grinding degree, the lower grinding disc is adjusted. This results in no need to reset the grinding degree when cleaning.

With the ACE system, Eureka has come up with a way for the finely ground coffee to be less static and come out of the grinder more consistently. In other words, less clutter!

DARK GRAY HOPPER
This bean grinder comes with a dark gray bean container. The capacity of this container is 300 grams. The dark hopper ensures that the beans oxidize less under the influence of light. This keeps the taste of your beans longer!
