If you like a cup of cold brew coffee, the Hario Mizudashi Coffee Pot is sure to please. This simple brewing method allows you to extract the full body and aroma of your coffee.

Cold brew ensures that your coffee retains its delicate flavors, while eliminating bitter acids and oils that result from brewing at high temperatures. The high-quality permanent filter guarantees a clean cup of coffee.

Follow these instructions to brew delicious full-bodied coffee:
1. Grind your favorite coffee and put it in the filter (about 6 g of coffee per 100 ml of water).
2. Place the filter in the carafe.
3. Fill with cold water.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 12 - 36 hours, depending on your preference.
5. Remove the filter and enjoy your refreshing cold brew coffee!
