Use Gift Certificates

1. Workshop Gift Voucher

BOOT Coffee's Workshop or Tasting gift certificate will be mailed to the address you provide. The gift certificate has a clearly displayed, unique discount code that you can redeem during the ordering process. The recipient of the gift certificate can choose a suitable workshop and date via the website and sign up. At checkout, enter the discount code (worth 1 workshop or 1 tasting) into the shopping cart. The value of the gift certificate will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.

The gift certificate can only be used in the online store of bootkoffie.nl and is valid for 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the voucher. After this expiration date the gift certificate can no longer be used. You can only use 1 discount code per order.

2. Webshop & Store Gift Voucher

The (web)store gift voucher of BOOT Koffie will be sent by post to the address you provide. The gift voucher has a clearly displayed, unique discount code which you can redeem during the ordering process or in the store in Baarn. You can choose from the following values: € 10.00, € 25.00, € 50.00, € 75.00 or € 100.00. At checkout you indicate the discount code in the shopping cart. The value of the gift certificate will be deducted from the total amount payable.

The gift voucher can only be used in the store in Baarn or the webshop and is valid for 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the voucher. After this expiration date, the gift voucher can no longer be used. You can only use 1 discount code per order.

Conditions & Validity

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the following gift certificate terms and conditions apply to gift certificates issued by BOOT Coffee. By using a Boot Koffie gift card you accept these additional gift card conditions in combination with our General Terms and Conditions. Each gift certificate or gift card has an expiration date of 1 year. The expiration date can be found on the gift card. After this date the gift card is no longer usable and cannot be replaced for a new card. You can redeem your gift card only when placing an order in the shopping cart or in the store in Baarn. The gift card is not redeemable for money. The webshop gift voucher can only be used for the purchase of coffee and tea. Return of remaining amounts is unfortunately not possible. You can only redeem 1 gift voucher per order.

Use gift card with my order

Redeeming a gift card works as follows:

1.) Choose an item you want to order and enter any options and click the green button with the white shopping cart icon. If you want to order multiple items, click on the gold button: 'Continue shopping'.

2.) Next, click on "To Checkout.

3.) If you are already an online customer, please enter your login details. You can also complete the order online as a 'guest', then you do not need to create an account.

4.) In the next column, choose the desired shipping and payment method.

5.) In column 3, check your order.

6.) Scroll down and agree to the terms and conditions by checking them off.

7.) Finalize the order by clicking 'Place Order'.

8.) If the total amount exceeds the value of your gift card, you can choose an additional payment method.
