How it works.
Place a filter in the Clever Dripper. Spoon the desired amount of medium to finely ground coffee into the filter. Pour water just off the boil and place the lid on top. After about 1.5 minutes, remove the lid and stir the coffee emulsion. Replace the lid and let the mixture steep for another 2 minutes. Now place the mixture on a mug and remove the Clever Dripper when the desired amount is in the mug.

Take your time to smell well and enjoy what you taste.
