Amsterdam Coffee Festival
Country of origin:
Colombia and Ethiopia.
Coffee Type:
100% Arabica: Washed & Semi-Washed.
Crop:
2025 / 2026.
Flavor Profile:
Dark chocolate, dried fruit, cane sugar, and spicy.
Background:
A blend is created by mixing several types of coffee. Roasters experiment with the proportions and taste the blend extensively to achieve the best flavor. In our opinion, this organic blend of Colombia Organic with a hint of Sumatra for added body turned out great! Delicious as an espresso, and with milk it tastes “like a liquid candy.”
Colombia Organic Santander
In the Santanderregion, in northeastern Colombia, seven small coffee farmers work together around San Gil. Each of them cultivates their own plot of land using organic methods, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The coffee farms are Rainforest Alliance-certified, and through our long-standing partnership with the National Federation of Colombian Coffee Growers (FNC), they receive a fair price for the quality of their coffee.
