Frothing basic milk

1. Choose your milk jug (0.35l for 1 and 0.6l for 2 cappuccinos)
2. Fill your milk jug with fresh whole milk just below where your spout begins
3. Blow the condensation out of your steam nozzle
4. Hold your milk jug by the handle
5. Put your steam nozzle sideways into the milk
6. Start the milk frothing process
7. First blow in air by holding your steam nozzle just below the surface
8. You will now hear a grinding sound
9. Feel the temperature of your jug
10. At body temperature steam nozzle deeper
11. Hold the steam nozzle to the side
12. You want to see a whirlpool
13. Heat to 65 - 70 degrees
14. Stop the milk frothing
15. Clean your steam nozzle
16. Blow out your steam nozzle
17. Roll your milk into one
18. Pour your milk into an espresso
19. Start high until you fill half the cup
20. Then pour as low as possible
21. Contrast brown on the side
22. White in the middle
