An anniversary for The Local and for Boot Koffie. Since 1973, we have been roasting the best honestly sourced coffee every day, and proudly calling the name of the coffee farmer. Our coffee roasting facility has been at Het Lokaal for five years, where the coffee is freshly roasted by our master roasters using traditional methods. Beloved coffees include the Panamaria and the Colombia Kachalu Organic. These are sold and served by many resellers and catering outlets.

For us, the Local is more than just a workplace. It is a shared place where we, just like the other entrepreneurs, can share our passion and let people get to know our coffee. In the coffee roastery, you can taste, smell and experience how beautiful coffee can taste.

Quality and taste experience are essential components of BOOT Koffie. That is why we have our own roasting house. Not only do we spend a lot of time and attention to selecting organic top quality and mostly Direct Trade imported green coffee, but also to roasting it according to traditional methods. We want to ensure that you can optimally enjoy the taste experience of our coffees.
