What is Cold Brew Coffee?
Cold Brew is a cooled filter coffee. Not to be confused with iced coffee. Iced coffee is made with hot prepared filter coffee or an espresso and then quickly cooled with ice cubes. Cold Brew requires a little more love, attention and patience, but the result is well worth it!

What do you need?
- 80 grams of ground Boot filter coffee-
900 ml of water-
A sealable bottle or weck jar-
A (Hario) Drip Filter-

Recipe: How to make Cold Brew?
Cold Brew Coffee is made with the tastiest filter coffee and the right tools from Boot. A good Cold Brew needs at least 12 hours to reach the right taste.

You put 80 grams of filter coffee (weigh it out or use about 6 to 8 scoops of ground filter coffee) in a bottle or jar (1 liter). Fill this with 900 ml of cold water and seal it tightly. Shake the mixture thoroughly a few times and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours. This allows all the aromas of the coffee to mix well with the water.

After 12 hours, pour the mixture out of the bottle or weckpot through a paper coffee filter into a (Hario) Drip Filter in a clean bottle or weckpot. Tip! Make the coffee filter completely damp before using it. This will prevent a musty paper taste from getting into the Cold Brew, and it will ensure that no delicious flavors remain in the coffee filter.

Serve your Cold Brew in a long drink glass. Especially with the warm weather, we recommend putting in lots of ice cubes. The gently caressing, sweet, intense taste will enchant you and invigorate you.
