How long can you store coffee?

How do you store coffee?

Storing brewed coffee

Of course you prefer to drink your coffee immediately after preparation. The coffee will then have a temperature of around 68 - 75 degrees but the temperature does depend on the brewing method. Coffee hotter than 75 degrees will burn your mouth. Good specialty coffee retains its flavor longer and stays tasty even when it cools down. The more the coffee cools down, the more the flavor changes. Coffee that you have already prepared is therefore not easy to store.
