There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. The right dosage for the ideal coffee is different for everyone. There are many different coffee preferences and also the number of cups makes a difference when brewing coffee. In addition to the number of scoops or dosage, when brewing coffee you must also take into account the temperature of the water and the amount of water you use. In addition, there are SCAA rules. How many scoops of coffee?

The method of preparing coffee, determines which coffee beans and how many grams you need. For a nice pot of filter coffee, you need about 5 good tablespoons of ground coffee. How many scoops of coffee per pot, of course, depends again on how much water you use. Are you using the 5 scoops? Then 1 liter of water is sufficient and you will have about 5 to 6 cups of coffee.
For filter coffee you use ground beans, preferably light to medium roasted.
Of course you can make great coffee with the best quality beans. You can order good beans here.

Temperature of coffee

The taste of your cup of coffee is affected by the temperature of the water you use. Too hot water will cause the coffee to burn and, of course, too cold water is not good either. The correct temperature for the water is 93 degrees.

Making an Espresso

The true classic among brewing methods is, of course, an espresso. In brief, we would like to tell you how to make a good espresso, because you can write books full of the art of brewing coffee.
A good espresso starts with the right coffee beans and a fine espresso grind. Per espresso you use about 7 to 9 grams of coffee. A double espresso is usually made with a double amount of ground beans, but this also depends on the brewing method.
The best espressos are made with a good espresso machine, such as the Quick Mill coffee machine.
Always preheat the cups and then put the ground coffee in the portafilter. Use a tamper or a leveling tool to press the coffee and make it nice and horizontal. Then place the portafilter in the machine and you can turn it on. A good espresso has an extraction time of 25 to 28 seconds and you will have about 25 and 40 cc of espresso.
