7 years ago, our adventure began in Het Lokaal in Amersfoort as a coffee roaster and training room. Now that we have created more space in our warehouse in Baarn, we are going to move our 15 kilo roaster to Baarn. First we will make a stop in Germany to put all kinds of new gadgets on the roaster. These new gadgets will allow us to work much more efficiently and effectively. Sustainable working is an important pillar for the coming years. We will have the green unroasted coffee, logistics and roasting under one roof.

So are we leaving The Local altogether? No certainly not! A smaller roaster will replace it and we will continue to give workshops and training sessions. The experience we create together with Het Lokaal and bakers Elsenburg & Sebastiani is unique and we want to keep it that way.
