As a true Burgundian, taste and quality is very important and when you step into Boot Koffie, you enter a world of like-minded taste and coffee geeks. I take coffee everywhere I go and my Coffee-ToGo cup is my greatest friend. On vacation, a cafetière with Panamaria filter invariably accompanies me, and when I go photographing, a thermos jug of hot fragrant coffee for in-between meals. Coffee is familiar, versatile, has a social function, it connects, amazes, renews and surprises every time!

We recently acquired a new machine for roasting large quantities of coffee. A Probat G70 with the latest technology, the Rolls Royce of coffee roasters. There is only one model of this machine and it's at Boot! It's cool to be able to work with the latest equipment.

What I like to experience in a coffee is layering. This means you can taste something different in every sip. Our coffees from Panama are tremendously layered and my favorite. Take our Panama Birdsong. A coffee with lots of sweet fruit and chocolate notes. Or our Panamaria.
