Being able to put more than 50 years of Specialty Coffee experience into a 2024+ form is your strength and expertise and that is why I would like to talk to you.

BOOT Koffie is looking for a nice colleague for our communication and multimedia.

Thanks to your input and work, our regular, and certainly also new, customers can experience what BOOT Koffie means and how we sail our course. From the start of BOOT Koffie in 1973, we only buy and roast high quality coffee (SCA score 84 +) from 1 plantation or 1 country. With full passion and dedication, we focus on the entire process from plantation to cup. We communicate honestly, clearly and unequivocally that we are suppliers of the best coffees with which we make people happy throughout the chain in terms of taste, climate and prosperity. Caring for people and the environment is in BOOT Koffie's DNA. We brew an example and sail our course with an open mind for improvement, drawing inspiration from everyone who has a heart for creating a more beautiful world.

Being able to use your talents and creativity is important. Many of the BOOT crew started in our bar & store and are now trainers, account managers, green coffee buyers or directors. Through your creative talent, we can make it even clearer who BOOT Coffee is and what we do to fulfill our mission. Do you feel at home in a quirky and diverse team in a (coffee) world where we have many challenges? It's good if you have the ability to consider from more angles, leverage other knowledge or simply just don't know for a while. That ultimately leads to nicer outcomes and better solutions.

You write, create and edit text, images and video. You shape the search strategy. (Are you SEO expert and good at analyzing?). You advise on the optimization of the website and house style and guard this style in the present and future. Furthermore, you also manage the social media and (mail) campaigns.

What can you count on?

- Number of hours: 24 - 32 hours

- An appropriate salary and good fringe benefits

- A fixed-term employment contract with the prospect of permanent employment;

- Location: Distillery and office in Baarn
