Since 1973 (yay we exist almost 50 years!) we have been buying different types and sizes of coffee beans. These coffee beans are grown in various tropical countries. The country, climate, altitude and how you roast a coffee have a big influence on the flavors you taste in your cup.
What also plays a big role is the processing method you apply to the coffee bean after picking. A coffee bean or rather coffee berry is always processed first before it makes the crossing to our country.
