Organic coffee, more than just a responsible cup of coffee
How do you determine what really good coffee is? How can you enjoy your daily cup even more? And what is involved in growing organic coffee beans? I spoke with Barend van Boot Koffie, who talks about what there is to discover in the world of coffee.

How would you describe a good cup of coffee? What does it have to satisfy?
''It all starts the moment you open the pack of organic coffee. Then a smell is released that makes a promise about what's inside. That's the beginning. These scent sensations can include notes of strawberry, forest fruit or chocolate, for example. These are created by the type of soil and diversity of flora on the plantations in different countries. For example, from Panama you often get more citrus notes and from Asia more earthy or spicy notes.
