What I like to experience in a coffee is layering. This means you can taste something different in every sip. Our coffees from Panama are tremendously layered and my favorite. Take our Panama Birdsong. A coffee with lots of sweet fruit and chocolate notes. Or our Panamaria.

At a roadblock deep in the night, our bus is stopped. Everyone is sleepy. Men in uniform look intently at passports and our faces. Then they only take our passports and do not return. The bus has to wait and wait.

We will occasionally take you behind the scenes in the coming period and introduce you to the Boot Koffie team. We start with Lennard, our creative jack-of-all-trades! He is Art Director & Online Marketer.

The Boot Coffee Game is always exciting, because the winners are chosen blind. It was pure coincidence that Mrs. Van Stralen is from Baarn and has been drinking Boot's coffee faithfully for years. The weather is lovely and time to go outside. Personally, I like to drink coffee outdoors. A moment of rest and enjoyment in nature. Sometimes you can get a cup of coffee at a catering establishment, but more often there is no possibility to drink (good) coffee in these kind of remote places. That's why I always bring my own coffee!
